  • SR-13510 Use ASTMangler for AD-generated autodiff associated functions

Issue Description:

Enable end-to-end mangling/demangling/remangling for AD-generated functions.
This should make it easier to understand/debug SIL.

Note: this was essentially done in #26624, but had to be reverted in #26656 due to an unhandled edge case: JVP/VJP mangling + generic specialization mangling.
